In my opinion, the top sport would be football, basketball. The reason is only to focus on putting into play whole body, lower body, and upper body muscles being active. Sprinting, jumping, and activeness of shoulder and leg muscles are the key to achieving the goal.
There are many other sports like Cycling, Swimming, Boxing, Tennis, and many other sports. Sports generally demand all the body muscles being active and strong.
Top athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo, Roger Federer, Usain Bolt, Micheal Phelps, and Muhammad Ali. They were absolutely perfect in the game as well as in fitness level. They are role models for fitness, hard work, and Passion.
Best Physical Activity
Jogging and running are some of the top activities that involve whole-body movement. All the muscle from head to toe comes into action. This is a cardio exercise that eliminates the extra body fats in the body and keeps the body active and fit.
Other activities like swimming, hiking, tennis, football are also best to keep a body in the best shape and fitness level.
Physical Active body will take you a long way in your journey to be successful. Many health problems take birth when you stop doing exercise, stop jogging, stop being active. Regular Exercise is a shield to many exercises, it keeps you motivated, focus, and ambitious. You must do at least 30 minutes of daily exercise to keep all the health problems away. A good diet plan along with exercise will surely make you feel energized and a better person.
